If a client has asked you for an LED display and you have not quoted one before, the hard part is not often the screen. Where it gets hard is the structure, the power, the pixel pitch nobody can explain, and a supplier who might turn up in front of your client six weeks later.
We supply the display, the data and drawings your engineer needs, and the warranty that sits in Australia. The job stays yours.

HOW WE WORK WITH CONTRACTORS
1. Bring us the project and we quote through you.
Not around you. Your client stays your client.
2. Come to us cold and we refer the install out.
We are in the business of LED display supply. When an end client approaches us directly, we supply the display and refer them to a contractor to install it. We are building that referral list now. If you want to be on it, tell us where you work and what you cover.
3. We do not install.
No install crew, no plans to build one. It is not a phase we are going through.
Four ranges, one question
When you are picking a range or a pixel pitch, start with how far away the closest viewer stands and work back from there.
Outdoor

If it falls between 3 and 5 metres, either will work. Shape, ambient light and budget decide it. Talk to us and we will narrow it down.

AS 1170 wind certification is site specific. It is not a product certificate and no supplier can hand you one off the shelf. We provide the structural data and weights. You or your client’s engineer certifies the structure for the site.

Do you install?
No. We supply the display and support it. Install is yours.
Will you quote my client directly?
No, provide us the project details, it goes to you and stays with you.
Who certifies the structure?
You or your client’s structural engineer, for the specific site. We supply the manufacturer’s structural data and weights to work from.
Can I see full specifications before I enquire?
Yes. The spec pack covers the full outdoor and indoor ranges.
What is the difference between COB and SMD?
Both are ways of building an indoor module. COB seals the LEDs under a resin face, so it handles knocks and cleaning better and gives higher contrast. SMD mounts individual packages to the module, costs less per square metre, repairs at lamp level and is the option that curves.
What are the lead times?
It depends on the product. Standard cabinets can be a few weeks. Full custom designs and cabinets can run up to nine to twelve weeks depending on design complexity. We confirm the lead time with every quote.
Who handles a warranty claim?
We do, in Australia. Claims come to Innov8.
