In response to COVID-19, INNOV8 Equipment would like to advise our customers and suppliers of the measures we are taking to protect our team, customers, and the continuity of our business.
- All team members are practicing increased social distancing measures in line with government recommendations.
- Ensuring all staff that display any symptoms to refrain from attending work and job sites
- Any staff that have recently travelled are self-isolated as per requirements
- Any team members who have travelled overseas are carrying out self-isolation over and above the government recommendations.
- No visitors are currently permitted to INNOV8 Equipment, unless already organized by a staff member or for a delivery or collection.
- Preparation for our teams to respond quickly to an ever changing and escalating situation if required.
- Additional cleaning of office and increased sanitisation.
Our 1300 071 007 phone number will continue to be open 24/7 and we have a number of contingency plans in place should we need to carry out work remotely.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update our policies, staff and customers if there are any changes to recommendations. We ask that our customers inform us of any risk to our staff as well.
